Terms of Service – Eagle Store

• The purchased product is licensed for use on one server only.
• If the product is detected running on a different server than the activated one, it will be immediately disabled.
• Changing the activated IP address is allowed only for the original buyer and is provided free of charge.
• You are not allowed to transfer product ownership to another server or account.
• Sharing your product with another person will result in permanent license revocation.
• All products are protected by Eagle Store copyrights, and removal requests are strictly prohibited.
• If the payment method requires taxes or fees, they are included in the final purchase price.
• If the client leaves the store, their license will be permanently closed.
• The person who placed the order is considered the license owner, even if they were not the one who paid (the owner is the person who communicated via the support ticket).
• Lifetime purchase means the product remains valid until the store is permanently closed.
• Any attempt to tamper with the product or search for vulnerabilities will result in immediate product suspension and permanent ban.
• The client is allowed to change the activated server name only once. Any unauthorized change will result in full license cancellation.
• If a product conflicts with another store’s product and the other store does not cooperate to resolve the issue, Eagle Store is not responsible. You must check for compatibility before purchasing.
• Product exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances (e.g. replacing protection types or switching to another product).
• All terms and rules are subject to change at any time.
• After purchase and acceptance of these terms, refunds are strictly prohibited.
